Summarised Program Itinerary
Introductory Evening – Thursday Jan 24th 7pm GRE3N Superfood & Juice Bar Ferrymead
At this first session, everyone will receive a goodie-bag followed by some fun workshopping activities to set goals and an empowered mindset for the cleanse. Food preparation, planning, shopping and stimulant weaning guidelines will also be discussed.
Cleanse Week 1 –Jan 26th – Feb 1st. Conducted through Facebook.
This week allows cleansers to prep mentally and physically by gradually weaning off of allergens and stimulants in a supportive group environment. A private facebook group will provide support, advise, inspiration and motivation not to mention challenges, giveaways and locations for nurturing activities
Cleanse Week 2 – Feb 2nd – Feb 8th. Conducted through Facebook.
This week is the actual cleanse week. Inspiration and motivation is key here to keep everyone focused. Optional activities will also be on offer as well as the all important transitioning off the cleanse advise. Re-introduction of foods is another key focus area this week.
Post Cleanse Lessons Learnt Session – Sun Feb 10th 3pm GRE3N Superfood & Juice Bar Ferry Road.
This group session will allow everyone an opportunity to celebrate their recent achievements and set some new goals moving forward to ensure that the success of the cleanse can be continued.
